Return & Refund Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with Olivia Hayes, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns

Returns made without prior request and authorization will not be accepted. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Return Deadline

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused
The product must be in its original condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging

Used or damaged items that were not defective upon arrival cannot be returned.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear
Lingerie
Stockings
Certain health or hygiene-related products

Return Process

To request a return, please send an email to olivia-hayes.com with the following information:

Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Your contact details

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Please note that our return processing center is located in China. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval are considered invalid.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are made at the customer's own expense and risk.

Olivia Hayes is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping or delayed at customs.

Shipment Tracking

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method.

You must provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been sent.

If no tracking number is provided, the return cannot be verified and the refund request may be denied.

Refunds

Refund Procedure

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 60 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 60 days, please check your bank account or payment provider.

Exceptions

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item.

If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, as our order processing system begins fulfillment automatically.
