Before You File — Please Contact Us First

At Olivia Hayes we take intellectual property seriously and want to resolve any concern quickly and in good faith. If you believe any content on our store infringes your rights, please email us first at support@olivia-hayes.com with the details. In most cases we can review and, where appropriate, remove or correct the material within 1–2 business days — no formal legal notice required. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right before a formal complaint is filed.

DMCA / Copyright Policy

Olivia Hayes ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA"). This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement on olivia-hayes.com and how we handle those reports.

Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement

If contacting us first does not resolve the matter, you may send a formal written notice to our designated contact below. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) where it appears on our store, so we can locate it.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Documentation evidencing your ownership of, or authority over, the rights claimed (for example, a registration number or links to the original work).
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please make sure you are the rights holder — or authorized to act for them — before submitting a notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice at the contact below including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found). If we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may limit access to, or terminate the accounts of, users who are repeat infringers.
